LTMS Family Fair
The PTSA will host a Family Night on Tuesday, October 13 from 5 pm - 8 pm. Resources and information about topics of interest to
parents and the community will be available. Food will be provided at no cost that evening. Chili, Hot Dogs, and Beans and Cornbread will be served. The Scholastic Book Fair will also be open in the library. The night will end with Night of Soul performances.
The district PTA will host their annual 5K on Sunday, October 18. This is a wonderful activity for families and a great way to get your family out and moving. It is also a great fundraiser for our LTMS PTSA as proceeds from LTMS registrations come back to our school.
Picture Orders are due to first period teachers by October 13th. Students should turn their picture order forms into their first hour teacher.
Picture Re-takes will be on October 13. Any student that was absent on September 11th will be allowed to re-take their picture. New students enrolled after September 11th will be allowed to take pictures on this day. Any students that had their eyes closed in the picture are allowed to re-take their picture as well. They must have a parent note turned in before October 13th to Mr. Rayburn. Due to time constraints, we are not able to have students retake their pictures unless they meet the above requirements.
Music Department Concerts
It is time for our fall music concerts. Everyone is invited to attend these concerts. The dates are below:
Band- October 20th at 6:30 in the Gym
Chorus- October 22nd at 6:30 in the cafeteria
Orchestra- October 27th at 6:30 in the Gym
The orchestra is selling Yankee Candles. These are the same price that you will find in the stores. If you would like to purchase anything from our fundraiser, you can visit the link below. Please help us if you can. This is a link for the generic orchestra account, but you can also purchase any item online from an orchestra member. All money is due by October 13th. Credit cards are accepted online.

Dance/Hip Hop/Step Team Halloween Dance Clinic
October 31st, from 10:00 am - 2:00 p.m. Open to all Elementary students. Registration is $35 and includes lunch and a t-shirt. For registration forms, please contact Della.firstname.lastname@example.org

Tutoring is for any student who would like to get extra help with any assignments or just want to come and do their homework after school!
