Math Team Summer Schedule: Students interested in participating on the
state-champion LTMS Math Team are invited to attend summer practice
sessions. The first meetings will be held Tuesday, June 3, from
1:00-3:00pm in room 231 and Thursday, June 5, from 9:30-11:30am in room
231. Times and room locations may change during the summer.

Academic Team Summer Schedule:
Join the Winning TRADITION! Beginning the
first week of June, any student interested in participating with the LTMS Academic Team may join in practices on Wednesdays all summer
long! Current team members and interested students are welcome
- but must email
Mr. Wilson on the Tuesday PRIOR (24 hours notice) to say they
will be attending. Practices will not be held unless
students (or parents) email to schedule a practice.
Practice
will be from noon to around 2 p.m. Practice will focus on Quick
Recall format, and written assessment materials will be available
for take home study and review. Contact
Mr. Wilson with any questions.
Orientation for Incoming Sixth Graders: Orientation for incoming sixth-grade
students will be held on Wednesday, August 6. Students on the
Lions team will meet from 9:00-11:00am. Students on the Bobcats
team will meet from 1:00-3:00pm. Team assignments will be
announced in July.
All Students: If your schedule includes a PE class you are
expected to purchase an LTMS PE T-shirt for $7 from the PE teacher.
You are also required to wear black shorts with an elastic waist,
white socks or footies, and sneakers.
