GO GREEN MORTON!!!!!!
Congratulations to Morton Middle School for being the 5th school in Kentucky and the first middle school in Fayette County to become a Model Kentucky Green and Healthy School. We want to thank the students, staff and the community, who have worked hard to reduce energy in our school, and also for helping Morton and their families to become sustainable.

Summer Reading Lists
Summer is the perfect time for students to relax and read a good book, and this allows students to continue to make progress with their reading skills. At Morton, all students are required to read two books from the approved grade level list prior to the start of school. Click on the link for your specific grade level to see the reading list; students can choose from a variety of genres and reading levels. A Summer Reading Celebration will be held at the start of school for those students who pass Accelerated Reader tests for their chosen books. Mustangs who read succeed!
